WHAT ARE THE HOTEL'S CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Check-in is available from 14:00

Check-out is at 11:00.

Early check-in (early check-in) and late check-out (late check-out) can be arranged with our reservation and reception team. The cost of an early check-in between 9:00 and 14:00 is € 50.00 per person. The cost of a late check-out until 14:00 is 20.00 € per person. The cost of a late check-out until 17:00 is €50.00 per person. The cost is subject to availability.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ACCESS THE POOLS BEFORE CHECK-IN TIME?

- On the day of arrival, access to the pools is not permitted before 14:00. Anyone wishing to access the pools before 14:00 on the day of arrival will be charged the cost of admission to the pools: € 25.00 (per person) from Monday to Friday, € 35.00 (per person) on Saturdays and Sundays:it is important when booking the room to ask for ist availability(excluding bridges and public holidays). The SPA KIT will not be advanced (eventual rental has an extra charge of € 12,00 per person)

IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE THE POOLS AFTER CHECK-OUT TIME?

- For those who wish to continue using the Wellness Centre on the day of departure after check-out time, free access to the pools is possible until the afternoon, we provide a private locker, the spa kit must be handed in at reception at the end of the day, otherwise € 50 will be charged

IS AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN?

- Yes. An identity document is required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation. Passports or driving licenses are accepted. Reservations cannot be changed at check-in unless proof of identity is provided by the booking party.

CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE AT RECEPTION IF I ARRIVE BEFORE CHECK-IN?

- Yes, we can leave your luggage if you arrive at the hotel before 14:00; there is no charge for this service.

HOW CAN I BOOK USING A VOUCHER?

DO YOU HAVE A CAR PARK NEAR THE HOTEL?

- The Hotel Antoniano has a very large car park, closed by gates from 11pm to 7am, it is not guarded and is free of charge.

DO YOU HAVE WIFI?

- Yes, wifi is free for all guests and available in all rooms and throughout the hotel.

IS A CREDIT CARD REQUIRED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

- No, we ask for a deposit as a guarantee which can be paid by credit card via a secure and personalised link, or by bank transfer. This guarantees your room until your arrival date. If your reservation is cancelled outside of our cancellation policy, you will be charged for the first night's stay.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY OF THE HOTEL ANTONIANO?

- We require 48 hours notice to cancel a room without charge (by 11:59pm 3 days prior to arrival date). If your reservation is cancelled outside of our cancellation policy, you will be charged for the first night's stay, or your deposit will be retained.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A LARGE GROUP? (HEN PARTY, STAG PARTY, SPORTS CLUB, ETC.).

WHAT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR GROUP BOOKINGS?

- A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required for all group bookings of 20 people or more.

DOES THE HOTEL ANTONIANO ACCEPT PETS?

- We accept pets with an extra charge of € 8.00 per day. You will find 2 pet bowls and a pet mat in your room on arrival. However, there are areas where your four-legged friends are not allowed: restaurant, treatment department, spa, swimming pool. There is an area in the garden dedicated to those who want to sunbathe with their four-legged friend nearby.

HOW CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST FOR MY STAY?

- If you have special requests, e.g. do not use the lift and need a room on a low floor, a room for the disabled or any other request, please send an e-mail to antoniano@termeantoniano.it. We cannot guarantee your request, but we will do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.

INTOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES

- If you have any food intolerances or allergies, please let us know at the time of booking. For those with gluten intolerances please note that we do not have a separate kitchen and the food is prepared in the same area so there may be some contamination. Allergies should always be reported when booking and the maître will indicate which dishes can be served. There is always a vegetarian option on the menu.

WHAT TIME IS BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER SERVED?

- Breakfast from 7:00 to 10:15 a.m. served in the breakfast room on the first floor.

- Lunch: entrance from 12:20 to 13:20.

- Dinner: entrance from 19:20 to 20:20

DRESS CODE:

- Access to the Breakfast Room is permitted either in a tracksuit or wearing a bathrobe (wearing underwear or a swimming costume).

- At lunchtime it is possible to enter our Restaurant in sportswear,

- At dinner we ask that you dress appropriately in long trousers or a suit.

- Breakfast from 7:00 to 10:15 a.m. served in the breakfast room on the first floor.

- On public holidays (Easter, August bank holiday, Christmas, New Year's Eve, etc.) and at gala dinners, elegant attire is always required.

- In the lobby and at the in-house bar after 18:00 you are not allowed to enter with a bathrobe or beachwear, until 18:00 in respect of decorum please enter the interior areas of the hotel dressed (not just in a swimming costume)

CAN YOU BRING TAKE-AWAY FOOD?

- In the interests of food safety, it is forbidden to bring in (either in the rooms, in the swimming pools, in the garden, as well as in the hotel's communal areas) to take away food (sandwiches, etc.) or pre-packaged food (pizzas, rotisserie food, etc.), cakes or sweets (for birthdays etc) from outside the hotel. We have an artisan bakery in the hotel that can prepare cakes, mignons, cupcakes etc. on request (no later than 48 h prior to the event), the cost will be calculated according to the weight and type of cake.

DO YOU OFFER A LAUNDRY SERVICE?

- We do not have an in-house laundry service, the clothes are taken to an external laundry, the return will be after 2 days.

HOW MUCH DOES BREAKFAST COST?

- An extra breakfast (for external guests or those who have already had breakfast on the day of arrival) is € 10.00 per person.

THERMAL CURES - HOW TO BOOK THEM

- Hotel Antoniano has an agreement with the National Health Service for a mud-balneotherapy cycle or an inhalation treatment cycle. Only 1 cycle can be performed during the current year and in only one establishment in Italy. For contracted cures, you must ask your general practitioner for a medical prescription with the following wording: MUD-BALNEOTHERAPY CYCLE FOR ARTHROSIS, or INHALATION CURE CYCLE FOR SYNUSITITIS. For both treatments, whether with or without a prescription, a medical examination is compulsory. - The mud therapy is carried out in the morning, with shifts at 5:00 - 6:00 - 7:00 - 8:30 - 9:30 - 10:30 in the morning
